What is the difference between USDT TRC20 and ERC20?
Both are Tether (USDT) stablecoins worth $1. TRC20 runs on the TRON blockchain and has near-zero fees (~$1 or less). ERC20 runs on Ethereum and has higher gas fees. Most exchanges support both — choose TRC20 for cheap transfers.
Can I receive USDT on both networks with the same QR code?
No. TRC20 and ERC20 use different address formats and different blockchains. Generate two separate QR codes — one for TRC20 (T... address) and one for ERC20 (0x... address). Label them clearly so senders use the right network.
